Danyel Joffe, Attorney
Danyel has been an advocate for Coloradans for over 25 years. She has represented over 300 clients in criminal and civil appeals and has advocated for the underprivileged since 1987, including representation of children in divorce and child abuse cases. Since 1990, Danyel has represented criminal defendants in claims of ineffective assistance of counsel and actual innocence. Her current practice areas include:

Sheri Gidan, Paralegal
Sheri grew up in Denver, Colorado, and is a sixth generation Denverite. She graduated from George Washington High School in 1978, where she was the Senior Class President, French Club President, and a member of the varsity track team. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she studied Communication Disorders, Speech Science-Audiology and Speech Pathology, and graduated in 1982. She has worked in various fields: banking, accounting, engineering, and law, where she now has worked for many years as Ms. Joffe’s paralegal/legal assistant/office manager and personal assistant.
